A: We are trading company, and we have a BSCI certified factory of our own that producing, assembling, and packing car audio accessories.

A: We locate at Ningbo city, 2 hours by train to Shanghai. Ningbo Port, the fifth largest in the world and the largest in China (cargo throughput)

A: We focus on aftermarket car electronic products, such as car cable and audio accessories, car charging products, car mounts, auto electronics.

A: We mainly export to North America, Western EU, Australia, and East South Asia ( mainly to Japan ).

A: Usually, we can supply products with not big quantity, say 200-500pcs each model/color, while some of the products will be asked the moq of 1000pcs each model/color.

A: Yes, we have a dedicated QC team check on bulks.

A: All our raw materials are safe and environmentally friendlly.

A: Yes, we have CE, RoHS, and other relative tests on products depending on customers or their market requirements.

A: For new customer, 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% paid before shipment.

A: Yes, we can produce according to your requirements, as long as you provide all necessary files.

A: Yes. For new customer, usually, you are kindly requested to pay both sample and courier charge.
( But we can refund the charge to you after you place order accordingly. )

A: Normally, we will effect shipment within 30 days after receipt of 30% deposit.
Some products maybe 20-25days, some maybe 35-45says, depends on.
Transit time depends on your destination port.
( Because of COVID-9, some car audio products need more producing time, say 45-55days. )

A: You will be informed of the departure time and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) upon we send goods out. You can also trace the container or parcel on Internet.

A: Normally, full original shipping documents based on FOB or CFR includes Bill of lading, GSP Form A (CO), Invoice and Packing list, and extra insurance policy will be provided based on CIF.
Packing declaration and other special documents are also available on demand.

A: Customs can be handled for you by the local clearing agent for some nominal fees which you have to fix up or else you can do the customs clearing yourself with ease by filling in the suitable forms and paying the necessary inspection charges.
For details, please inquire with your local customs office or local import broker.

A: In the case of sea shipping, we can only deliver the goods to your destination seaport or other transportation terminal place, not door to door.
It's you who should arrange the inland transit from terminal place to your warehouse.
In the case of small samples delivered by courier, the samples will be given to your hand.
